It appears you are the right fit for my daughter as she tries to make her first purchase. I know she is taking her time, and has certain criteria. I have been selling part-time since 1985 and a lot of the time Kezia has been by my side. I'm amazed at the prices and HOA fees for the size of the property, but I guess that's Northern Virginia and she not afraid of the sticker shock. Thanks for being patient. We've talked once before and I feel you have her best interest at heart. I told her for resale value she should be looking for something with 2BD and 2BA, I would like her to have W/D inside the unit, and to be in a safe area.
