- Monitor showings and feedback
- Discuss feedback with client
When Offer(s) Received:
- Review offer(s) with client
- Ensure buyers are qualified
- Negotiate with buyers’ agents
- Advise client regarding transaction
After Offer Accepted:
- Assist client and buyer in fulfilling contingency terms
- Carefully monitor transaction to assure settlement
- Assist client in preparing for move
- Accompany client to settlement
- Congratulate client on successful sale!
